   2. Predictability – Util is one of the most commonly run Frameworks in LD, and it is the easiest to be able to conform to during the round for the opposite debater, making it the most fair.
   3. Clash – Because nearly every argument can be utilized underneath a Utilitarian calculus, it means that nearly every argument that is made in the round can clash with one another and can be compared under a cost-benefit analysis, which gives us the most possible education from the debate round.
   4. Reciprocity – Either side of the resolution can gain offense underneath Utilitarianism, which means that even if the NEG doesn’t read a Framework they can still win under Util and is the most fair standard to use in the round.

Therefore the CRITERION for the round is UTILITARIANISM
